Crystal Santos, MA, (CMHC)

Counseling Director | Certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator | Positive Parenting Solutions Certified

Crystal Santos is a biblically informed, clinically trained Mental Health Counselor serving individuals, couples, families, and youth. As the current Counseling Director, she brings a depth of experience and leadership to her practice, supporting clients through a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, relational conflict, codependency, spiritual growth, grief and loss, parenting challenges, life transitions, and communication issues.

Crystal integrates a strong foundation in biblical truth with evidence-based clinical practices. Her approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and Narrative Trauma Therapy with the guidance and wisdom of Scripture. She is a certified Prepare-Enrich facilitator and holds certification in Positive Parenting Solutions, equipping her to support individuals and couples in all stages of life and relationship.

With prior experience in Human Resources and mediation, Crystal offers practical insight alongside compassionate care. She believes in getting to the root of a person’s struggle and walking with them at a pace that allows for real, lasting change. Her philosophy is shaped by the belief that Christ is the true source of healing, and her role is to walk faithfully and humbly beside those navigating hardship and growth.

Outside of her counseling work, Crystal deeply values her role as a wife and mother. She and her husband are actively involved in raising their two children through a hybrid homeschool lifestyle, which allows them to stay closely engaged in their children’s education, character development, and spiritual growth. She also enjoys attending sporting events as a family, connecting with friends, and exploring new coffee shops.

Benjamin Pierce

Benjamin Pierce received his Master’s of Divinity with an emphasis in Biblical Counseling at Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has also received prior training through the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy. Benjamin is experienced in individual and marital counseling with an emphasis in men’s issues in marriage and family leadership, addiction, pornography, and spiritual formation. He is currently seeking his biblical counseling certification through Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC).

Karissa Watts

Karissa Watts is a certified biblical counselor through the Association of Biblical Counselors (ABC). She is experienced in individual, premarital and family counseling with an emphasis on women's issues, identity, anxiety, loneliness, and step-family dynamics. Prior to her role as a biblical counselor, Karissa’s experience includes abstinence education/counseling with the Pregnancy Resource Center of Salt Lake City as well as foster parenting with Rise Services. Karissa is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Counseling through Westminster Theological Seminary.

Hope Robinson

Hope Robinson received her Master’s in Biblical Counseling through Trinity College of the Bible and Theological Seminary in Newburgh, Indiana.  Hope also had the privilege of serving as the Executive Director of the Pregnancy Resource Center in upstate New York for twelve years.  In addition to her experience with the PRC she also has been the wife of a pastor for the past 48 years. Hope is experienced in individual and marriage counseling as well as trauma care. She is certified through the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) and Level One Trauma Care through the Christian Trauma Healing Network.
