Crystal Santos - CMHC - Biblical Counselor
Crystal earned her degree in Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. She is a biblically informed, clinically trained counselor serving individuals, couples, families, and youth. As the Counseling Director, she brings leadership and experience in walking with clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational conflict, codependency, spiritual growth, grief and loss, parenting struggles, and life transitions. She is also a Certified Prepare-Enrich Facilitator and holds certification in Positive Parenting Solutions, equipping her to support people in all seasons of life and relationship.
Her counseling approach blends biblical truth with evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and Narrative Trauma Therapy. Drawing on her background in Human Resources and mediation, Crystal offers both practical tools and compassionate guidance. She is passionate about helping clients connect the dots in their stories, uncover root issues, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change, all while pointing to Christ as the true source of healing.
Outside of counseling, Crystal treasures her role as a wife and mother. She and her husband are actively involved in ministry within their church and are raising their two children through a hybrid homeschool lifestyle, which keeps them closely connected to their kids’ education and spiritual growth. She also enjoys attending sporting events with her family, sharing life with friends, and exploring new coffee shops.
